Our Services
We offer individual counseling services for adults. Our therapists are licensed clinical social workers (LCSW). We work with clients who want to better manage their anxiety, depression, and complex trauma. We specialize in cult abuse recovery and trauma-focused therapy for survivors of abusive cults.
We currently offer online therapy sessions for clients in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

We take a partnership approach to counseling and psychotherapy , focusing on using the therapeutic relationship to empower our clients. Our counselors use evidence-based techniques to assist clients to learn skills for better living now.
