Our licensed counselors are here to provide individual counseling for your adult patients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and complex grief. We offer services via Telehealth and accept major private insurances.

Some of your patients are caring for other sick people. We understand that caregivers are often under immense stress and suffer physically and emotionally. We offer counseling, support, practical advice and resources for caregivers who are struggling.

Our counseling services address complex emotional issues while providing practical advice and resources for patients who have social needs like food and housing.

 If your clients have an elevated PHQ9 score or GAD7 score, we can provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address their anxiety or depression in order to lower those scores. 

Our anger management counseling services can help you manage and control your anger in healthy ways. Our experienced therapists provide guidance and support to help you identify the root causes of your anger, develop coping skills, and improve your relationships with others.
